Activities include prostitution, exhibitionism, voyeurism, obscene phone calls, and touching a person intimately without consent. By some, the behavior is considered more of a nuisance than criminal, but unfortunately the behavior can inflict deep emotional pain on the victims. Level 2 addicts may carry out their secret behavior for years. Living double lives, they are in constant fear of being caught.
