These worksheets are mostly a list of questions for each step where you can
write out your own personal answers to the questions. This can give you some
framework for working through each of the steps.
These worksheets are available in Microsoft Word format, Rich Text Format (RTF) or PDF format. In line with the 12 traditions, these worksheets are free to download and use for your recovery in any way that you please as long as you do not sell them. The hope is that you will use them yourself and pass them on to others in need.
